Training Packages
End User Training is intended for employees and general users of the system who are not expected to be managing or maintaining resources, only consuming resources such as reviewing and collaborating on documents, reviewing shared content / media, accessing news.
End User training focuses on the most common activities completed by end users in the system including the following:

- Spot Solutions will deliver the training leveraging our training environment. This means attendees will not be able to interact with the environment after the session ends
- If a custom training site is requested Spot will develop a training environment within your tenant which can be used and leveraged by your organization after the training has completed
- This option adds 6 hours to the training package cost for development and implementation
- Training Session Recording

Site Owner training is intended to target users within a business unit or department (non-IT professionals) who will be taking ownership of the site for your business. These individuals will drive the development and maintenance of the site from the business unit perspective and manage access to information, document libraries and lists and will work with IT to ensure the site meets the needs of the specific business unit or group the site is intended to serve. This type of user has more technical training provided to be able to manage the site and resources but is not expected to have a full technology background or to complete IT activities.
Site Owner training focuses on the most common activities completed by Site Owners to manage and maintain their site:

- Setting custom access to a list, library or content

Three (3) two (2) hour directed sessions with the IT team responsible for the SharePoint / Azure environment. Each session will focus on specific areas of interest, in order to ensure that the most critical topics are covered fully based on the level of understanding of SharePoint Online within the organization.

SharePoint Champions Training is intended to assist in the growth and development of a power user network within your organization. In many cases individuals who enroll in the SharePoint Champions Program are also Site Owners but this is not a requirement to be included in this program.
SharePoint Champions should be employees who have an interest in more in-depth understanding of the system, how it can be used to improve business processes and effectiveness. They should be individuals who are comfortable with technology or are comfortable and passionate about learning and working with technology.
The Champions Network Program is a 12-month training program with monthly sessions to help build a power user base and gradually build on learnings to continue to enhance your environment and foster a continuous improvement culture within your organization.
A typical Champions Program curriculum is as follows:
Champions Network Meetings will be 3 hour sessions via MS Teams (or in person if desired) that will follow this general structure –

Each month a progressively more technical topic will be selected, the first meeting is always an orientation where we take stock of the currently level of comfort within the group. Additionally in the first session the team will complete assessments that will allow us to plan out topics.

Organizational Assessment Workshops are working session with the organizations executive to assess each business unit or department within the organizations readiness to move into the SharePoint Online and MS 365 environment.
The goal of this is to ensure we understand the comfort level of each part of the organization in adopting the technology, as well as understanding the steps we can implement to bring everyone to the same level and assist the organization in gaining value individually and across the organization. It is normal for different parts of the organization to be at different levels and part of this workshop will be identifying areas where we can showcase the technology to assist other groups in understanding how the tools can enhance their process and meet their need.
Organizational Assessment Workshop includes the following topics:
- BU Department Assessment exercise
- This will be used to assess the level and readiness of for each business unit or department and place them on the Organization Adoption Journey Roadmap
